The main white grapes, such as those of Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi, are cultivated with the guyot system, whilst the cordon system is used for red grapes such as Montepulciano, Sangiovese, Merlot, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. New processes and collaborations were developed to enrich production, from which a selection of sweet and distilled wines were born.
