Majestic and elegant, it stands out with its wrought iron curls and suspended bells against the sky: it is the Castle’s clock that receives visitors when they cross the main gate. Competing with the chirping of birds that fill the air with serenity, it marks the passing of time in the village, in one voice with the clock of the municipal tower. The old mechanisms are a magic weave of geared wheels and expert wisdom, jewels of balance and intelligence, just like the one hidden in the imperturbable pendulum, which has survived the wear of time, marking every single day with inflexible punctuality for all human beings.
