A large, carefully prepared buffet offers a variety of local delicacies, while those who want something more indulgent can order dishes prepared on the spot, directly from our kitchen. Each dish is made with selected ingredients, chosen for their freshness and quality, sourced from local farms. Every bite tells a story of passion and tradition.
To accompany your breakfast, our staff is always on hand to courteously serve a selection of hot drinks, such as coffee, cappuccino, tea, and fresh juices, directly at your table. This personalized service further enriches the experience, making you feel pampered from the moment you wake up.
Breakfast is served in a unique historical setting: our dining room, with its 19th-century frescoes, once a place of conviviality for Maximilian of Beauharnais and Tsarina Maria Nikolaevna, offers a setting of luxury and refinement. The view of the sea and hills from our terraces, together with the beauty of the decorations, make every moment even more special.
