Trattoria Rimante is a charming place, a few steps from the Teatro La Fenice. Each element of the environment make a vintage atmosphere; an old bicycle hanging over the entrance, mirrors, suitcases and trunks shapes that recall pleasant past, in which the art of fine cuisine belonged to everyday life. La Trattoria Rimante has been offering a menu with local and seasonal produce for four years. Everything comes from the kitchen of the restaurant, from the raw materials, they churn out bread, different types of pasta and homemade cakes "at home." The wine list includes only products of the Marche. The restaurant has about 40 seats divided into three rooms. One of the three, allows an intimate dinner and taste really familiar, since it has only one table inside. In the summer, there are 20 seats more along the alley of the theater, the pedestrian zone. In la Trattoria Rimante, the blow-up of Alberto Sordi, struggling with a plate of spaghetti, is a wish of Buon Appetito.
