Sepia by Niko is a new, welcoming fish (and not only) restaurant, on the central Piazza del Duca, in front of the Rocca di Senigallia.
The proposals change monthly following the seasonality of the products to guarantee the maximum freshness of the food.
The cuisine is Mediterranean with southern and Sicilian influences: the chef Niko, half Sicilian, loves to interpret traditional dishes in an innovative way and "tell" them to the diners. The fish, always fresh and top quality, comes directly from the historic fishmonger that the restaurant owners have been managing for 28 years.
