There is a familiar and carefree atmosphere in this airy restaurant on the Lungomare di Levante in Senigallia. A white wooden house, simple and refined, filled with the scent of the sea.
It is run by Catia and Mauro Uliassi, winners over the years of 3 Michelin stars, 3 Forks Gambero Rosso, 3 Hats Espresso Guide and other major awards. Since 1990, the two brothers and a staff who have grown together over the years, have been bringing to the table amazing flavours and tastes. Uliassi’s cuisine is a modern and innovative one because uses the maximum of the technique and and technology currently available in the market. But at the same time is a kitchen that has its roots in knowledge of the tradition. The aim is to give pleasure to the guests and continue to entertain and have fun. Do not miss smoked spaghetti with clams and grilled cherry tomatoes.
