Dining inside an authentic 18th-century Castello, surrounded by the tranquility of a centuries-old park, is an experience that goes beyond simple dining. Our bistro welcomes guests in the Castello’s inner courtyard, a private, intimate, and charming corner, or in the cozy halls on the first floor, where history can be felt in every detail.
In this unique setting, our chefs offer a different menu every day, the result of continuous research in local markets and dictated by the seasonality of ingredients. Their cuisine speaks of the Marche region through authentic and surprising dishes, designed to maximize the freshness and quality of the raw ingredients.
Respect for the local area is also reflected in the conscious choices we make in the kitchen: carefully selected ingredients, products that do not come from intensive farming, vegetables harvested just a stone’s throw from the Castello. A simple philosophy, born out of love for this land and the desire to offer only the best.

Il Bar della Limonaia
In the heart of the Castello’s inner courtyard, surrounded by walls that tell stories of centuries past, lies an unexpected and refined space: the Bar della Limonaia. Its name is not a whim, but a tribute to the structure that houses it—the Castelo’s ancient lemon house, once reserved for the protected cultivation of citrus fruits during the cold months.
Lemon houses originated during the Renaissance, when Lorenzo the Magnificent introduced the fashion of preserving and displaying citrus fruits as a symbol of wealth and beauty in Florence. This tradition quickly spread among Italian noble residences and is now being reinterpreted in a contemporary key, transforming a time of preservation into one of sharing.
In this bright space, cool in summer and cozy in the evenings during mid-season, our bar invites you to relax with a selection of carefully curated and ever-changing offerings. From non-alcoholic cocktails to reinterpretations of the great classics—such as Negroni and Americano—to glasses of local wine and craft beers, every choice is guided by the passion and expertise of our staff, who are always ready to advise you with discretion and attention.
