Wine tasting at the Castello – 22 June

On Monday 22 June at 5.30 pm, we invite you to join us in the Castello cellars for a sensory journey through the wines of the Marche region.

A guided tasting accompanied by a selection of local produce — all served in the historic cellars, with the late afternoon light stretching from the hills down to the sea.

Your guide will be Nicola, a WSET-certified sommelier and one of the 45 sommeliers selected for Wine List Italia On Tour | Rome 2026.

Your Sommelier

Nicola Galati, born in Rome, grew up amongst the tables of his family’s restaurant. He graduated in Oenology from the University of Tuscia, honing his skills through the Intrecci course and the WSET Level 2 certificate. He moved from the kitchen of La Pergola — a three-Michelin-starred restaurant — to Gusto by Heinz Beck in the Algarve, a one-Michelin-starred restaurant. Today he is a sommelier at Uliassi, where he has created a wine list based on terroir, expressiveness and a dialogue between tradition and modernity.
