Glass window terraces on the velvet seashore, lit up by the daylight, the restaurant Al Cuoco di Bordo in Senigallia has been outstanding since 1995 for its seafood specialities, especially the raw ones.
The chef Simone Belardinelli and the owners Isabella Righini and Angelo Putignano’s cooking philosophy is based on short cooking time, and the high quality of raw materials and extra-virgin oil, without added fat. Inside, the furnishings are elegant and familiar. The cooks’ performances at work can be seen behind the glass between the dining room and the kitchen. You have to taste: raw shellfish dishes and shellfish.
